So … what’s The Powerseller Report all about ?
The Powerseller Report is being brought back to serve anyone who is frustrated about not making any money online. Just as the tagline of the site says … you’ll learn about alternative ways at making money online, those that do not depend on eBay.
I’ve been online since 1995 and TPRweb had reached a success peak in 2004 that allowed me to quit my cable technician job of 10 years. Little did I know that my life was about to take a serious turn, and unforeseen problems with eBay would eventually lead to my having to shut down the site. It was a very difficult decision, the site was still making money but my heart was just not in it. I pulled all my online assets offline and just sat back and re-joined the work force of 9-5′rs .
I was still online but not actively trying to make money using the web. I thought I would just watch and learn what others were doing. I slowly started to try a few things with PPC marketing, affiliate marketing and stuff I could remain anonymous if things failed.
So over the last two years I have dabbled around and even started several blogs in hopes I would find something that would give me the same excitement and spark when I first started TPRweb back in 2002.
To shorten up a story that could go on forever and fast forward to 2010, I’m finally doing things that really EXCITE me and the thought crossed my mind to start TPRweb back up … but what would I do … I cringed at the thought of doing anything that would help eBay put money in their pockets.
Then it hit me … I knew there was a huge number of people who have struggled online just as I have, I mean some of the hugely successful names online I can remember when they first got started and I kick myself for not following along. I always thought I could do it better and tried to do things MY way.
My goal with TPRweb is to bring you news and stories that will inspire you in your quest to make money online. Rest assured this site will not be turned into a pitch machine for the latest GURU product launch or super affiliate offers. Sure there may be offers I promote, but I will be clear about disclosure on it and I won’t be promoting just anything.
I want TPRweb to become a quality site that many people enjoy and visit on a regular basis, I want to have fun and I hope you will too.
